Metal Gear Solid V will be 1080p on PS4 and 900p on Xbox One, with both versions having a 60FPS framerate.

Bigger question is will they sustain the 60fps.
I am looking forward to the game though!.

You can pick Day 1 edition up for about £32 at present..Well Pre-Order

I don't have a PS4 or an Xbone so I don't care. I'll be more than happy if I can run the game at 60+ fps on my rig.

I also want to see a good MGS4 PC port, but it probably won't happen.

Some comparison shots here..Looks like better lighting on PC so its not an Arkham Knight style port lol

Yeah, the lighting is definitely superior on the PC. It's generally a lot sharper as well.
