Honestly I don't get people.
It's a free entry competition = It doesn't cost you anything to enter and if you don't win you haven't lost anything, so why the impatience every time? Assuming you entered/signed up with a valid email you'll be notified if you win.
Ignoring the fact that it's been Christmas and New Year: Anybody that has spent more than 5 mins on a PC enthusiast forum recently (other than entering this competition) would know that this is a very busy time with new hardware coming up, and of course Tom is going to be buried in work because he's TTL and it's OC3D, who else are you going to trust for reviews?
Just remember that he doesn't have to hold these competitions so be thankful for the opportunities rather than fretting over the announcement.
TL;DR - Chill out, forget about the competition and have a read in some others area of the site. Lots of reviews, videos and news to keep yourself occupied, then if you win it'll be a nice surprise and you may have learned something you'd have otherwise missed

I cannot wait to watch those reviews, thanks in advance for all the hard work! You could do with more people helping you out I reckon.
There is probably over 2 hours of main channel videos and well over an hour of rushkits - all tomorrow!
