haha. I only entered for the Asus external sound card because it was the only thing I actually wanted, figured it best not to be greedy.
And only entered like once, so I have sod all chance of winning any way

you've been here long enough to know every comps the same, I never win and people never read the info for the when winners are announced.

No chance. It's sad because I love to chat about enthusiast stuff but they are not enthusiasts they are here because there's the chance of getting something for free.
I've not seen one competition yet on here that has gathered us any intelligent members.
The best comp it ever here for me was the Noctua one where entrants had to actually do something to be in for a prize. And IMO the right people won that time, and I was literally typing into puddles of tears I had cried from laughing so damn hard.
I wish we could have more like that tbh. Absolutely one of my happiest moments online
Rune's cartoons had me in literal stitches.

I joined this forum as a result of Toms reviews, in May I think, so have no experience of previous comps other than the one in June, It is a great way of attracting new members to the community and I always make the assumption that I will never win, so I cannot be disappointing, so I was delighted on Christmas night when Tom declared I won the rx470.No chance. I only watch Tom's videos for leisure. I will, at a pinch, watch others but only to see what I want to see. I usually keep them muted as their voices do my head in.

was reading oc3d news and watching ttl on youtube for long time, becouse this is one of last few pc related quality news site
i did made forum acc to get more points in competition but why not,wasnt that actual point of competition?
in end this is not enthusiast only forum,and i am not stupid at least for this stuff,but after seeing your post isnt moderated i wont come here again becouse that would be stupid.

Sorry but I have not seen you join in any discussions or add anything to any threads we have on here that do not pertain to this competition.

Just had a look at your profile. Most specifically for threads you have posted about your rig or just in general conversation and go this.
So I looked for your posts, showing your enthusiasm for computers and this forum and got this instead.
Every single one of your posts is in this thread. And I have the same issues about the same time every year when the competitions go off and this always happens. And we gain sod all new members.

Im not only here for the competition.. i first came here back in September after finding Toms reviews.. im 39 and built my first pc when i was 20.. im certainly not an expert but im definitely enthusiastic about building them.. so that makes me an enthusiast
im currently gathering parts for my next Z170 build (waiting to see what happens to the price of skylake once Zen and Kabbylake are released) and i do plan on posting up a full build log.. will be my first attempt at water cooling
