Memory issue

So I have ud3 motherboard and all is great but for the memory. I just picked up patriot 2000mhz ram. The gigabyte website says the ud3 supports ddr3 2000mhz natively. So why am I only getting 1066 and I can only oc to 1600?

I just adjusted my fsb to 250 and was able to hit 2000mhz 9-11-9-27 as well as my 4 ghz oc then I bsod.

So I swapped out the Patriot RAM for the Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 9-9-9-24. Works great.
