Memory Help

I'd do it, prices are low right now...

...but I just got a fourth gig of GSkill DDR2-800, and boy is it WEAK. Got two 1GB sticks of model GBNQ that have been doing great. Bought a 1GB stick of DDR2-800 model GBNR for a second system which project I aborted and so bought said fourth stick, another GBNQ... can't keep up with the first three (seperate tests to see why I couldn't use all four at my usual 3.636GHz speed, the newbie was stuck at 359FSB/DDR2-718 @SPD  ), so maybe thats another reason why RAM is cheap right now.

Question for anyone to answer, when I did have all four sticks in the BIOS would register 4 million some odd bytes of RAM; Vista would only see 3070MBs, and one stick at a time would show 1022MBs (all four)... what gives? my rigs specs are down below if anyone can give me an explanation. (Thank you in advance)
