MB and Ram issue

Hi i have a ga-990xa-ud3 and a 2x4Gb 1600Mhz XMS3 ram kit, it will all run fine at 1333Mhz but if i set it to 1600Mhz it will not boot saying overclocking issue.

It's very annoying and i have someone who needs this PC by saturday so i need to solve it ASAP.

Did you update your mobo bios ?

solved updated Mb bios for the second time and then tried it and it worked wierd it didnt work the first time.
