I didn't but I can in a bit. That's if I can tell what scraps are what. I was in such a rush to drain, re-loop, and fill, I didn't think at the time.

What has happened to coolants/tubing? My last custom loop I used black coolant with clear masterkleer tubing. When I finally tore it down to sell well over a year later there was no platiciser, build-up or barely any staining.

Seems like there has been steps backwards...

people want more fancy stuff, people make stuff to fill that need with or without the proper research and we end up with bad products, or bad batches.. don't forget the bad always speaks louder than the good

Welp. No Mayhems Pastel black for my planned build.

If i remember, Feser and EK do black coolant.. not sure about staining, but have used various other colours from their range with no problems to tubing (clearflex, masterkleer, tygon as examples) or blocks

I'm looking at Mayhems UV black instead. even properly diluted etc the pastel still is stronger. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look at those as well .

Makes me a little worried about the mayhem's being toxic, maybe it doesn't make a difference to some people but its something to think about. On that note, they do have the widest range on the market

I always use the EK Premix Blood Red. I've been using it since 2012 on three builds since then. No gunking issues, no problems at all. It does stain tubing red but obviously you only see that once you drain the system. I never had it stain my plexi covered reservoirs or blocks, it sticks but it comes off with water it doesn't seep into the plastic making it impossible to remove and you don't even need to scrub it just comes off with water.

I've been using EK lime green for over 2 years now. Replaced the fluid once a year. There is a faint line in the res tube but that actually polished off easily.

My blocks do not have any staining or build up at all.
