Max 24/7 voltage for 2500K

Hey guys!
So I've watched Toms newest guide about Z77 overclocking and read the guide on the website. He says that he wouldn't want to go above 1.3V with his 3770K, I'm just wondering what is the safe 24/7 voltage for Sandy Bridge because I know it's a bit higher than Ivy. Thanks ^_^
On another note, Tom has to keep Turbo enabled with the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP4 to be able to overclock, does this apply to my UD5H too?

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking around 1.4V-1.45V was about the safe range. Do you know the answer to the second question?

Generally it makes sense to turn off the Turbo if you are setting up a fixed overclock. Tom's board wasn't working that way with turbo off though. If it works without the Turbo then switch it off but it makes very little difference really

Unless your looking to keep this CPU for 5+ years, I always say the safe volts are whatever you want, as long as you can keep temps under control.
Just my way of doing things :P

I like that logic. It's safe to put 1.55V through it if you only expect it to last a few months. I'm hoping on keeping my 2500K until Broadwell so 1.4V-1.45V seems reasonable.
