It can't be. 4k 60FPS even on a Pro is not possible without serious graphic reductions.
It was probably a controller to a PC

ye i think its just the controllers being used on pcs, they probably are still messing with control schemes for pcs, or they went somewhere and got the recording in house and what was there were controllers.
