i got my open class license on a cb600f, it was underpowered, the front brakes faded after a few emergency stopping exercises, the rider position felt like I was riding a step-through.
havent ridden a buell but have ridden my mates ducati 848 evo, big v-twin track bike torquey but revs slowly and a low rev limit. not as quick as I would have thought, certainly does not 'put me to shame'. and the riding position on the 848 is very much track oriented unlike your buell.
have ridden a daytona 675 triple but bored to 1000cc? ok then, good luck with that.
if stock means a vance and hines exhaust, -1 tooth front sprocket, k&n filter, jetted and dynotuned 108rwhp then yes my bike is bog stock
