Major leak from gigabyte and amd omg!!!!

AMD needs to respond to the new 9xx lineup by NVIDIA and apparently they are going to do just that!
Now, we know that AMD has some realy aggressive marketing techiniques but intentionally or not this Image of the new R955 series graphics card has been leaked. As we can see by the type of the cooler AMD has really been workin on the optimization of their power efficiency. (Who said NVIDIAs cards were more efficient).
This is hype war in the making!

Looks like we have a king Troll here.

Just made this FP, scroll down to the bottom for something a little more serious.

In future when it comes to News content Guys I want to hear you criticisms, whether it is how I handle a particular rumor or even even minor things like the header images I use. Just remember to be constructive.

I didn't expect to reach front page (again?) this time with a troll post.
Thanks Mark :P

It was Tom's idea, so you can thank him.

It also got me thinking about the way I do/ how I can improve things here (and gave me a good laugh), so if anything I should be thanking you.

Its the real thing as the price tag looks like 699 yen or something. Thats serious Titan Black territory, right?

First thing i thought at first glance was " damn that card looks small and simple, and that box art looks sooo win 95-ish"
Oh wait, missing a number on the box lol

i miss agp. really they didnt really compete with agp 8x bandwidth on anything less than pcie x16. and if they could have made agp 16x then that would have been slightly faster than pci-e x16..
but i guess the writing was on the wall and limitations of agp were about to show them selfs. so they changed over to pci-e. its a shame in a way it would be nice to have a dedicated graphics slot again, seems a shame to share the lanes with other stuff, having said that i guess we cant really saturate the bandwidth we have.

Actually it looks like 699,- Norwegian (NOK) as we in Norway have (Kr. 699,-) on our pricetag. And that would actually be quite cheap :p
