Magazines?

i generally dont go in for magazines as its hard to find ones that are resonably priced and have people who actually put some thought and effort into the reviews (like OC3D :D). you tried subscribing to online free newsletters like PC Pro?

IMHO I tend to find a lot of magazines are slightly biased towards promoting, giving good reviews etc... to their major advertisers (makes business sense, keep the paying advertiser happy, keep the money coming rolling in). Not just in the Computer world but in many other industries also.

I tend to rely more on web based publications, Register, OC3D etc..... tend to be a little less biased.

I really enjoy reading PC gamer even tho sometimes they are slow with keeping up which is understandable with any magazine considering they only print every month. I also like reading maximum PC and CPU (computer power user).

PC Mag/Gamer, Motor Trend, Car & Driver, Dirt Rider, and ofcourse, i get those sh&%ty dell ones. usually dont even open them up though :)

The only magazines I have are metal and hold big arse bullets :p

There's a decent overclocking mag here in the states though I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head.
