I've used both and funny enough, I've seen little to no difference.
Ceramique is the better candidate.
AS5's lowest rated temp is -50, and Ceramique is -150 so you've got a lot more room, but -50 under any kind of load is pretty rare with any single stage, and not often on a mach. I'd imagine the break in is far longer with AS5 though.
I've heard of ppl mixin them, but I've tried that and seen no difference either. If you can't get Ceramique, AS% can be used, but I also let the thing sit for and hour to let the paste settle a bit before using it so it's spread out a little more after install.
Gray
