Mach II Won't Get Cold? Help Plz

Just got a used Mach II today and packing on it was just as they come retail. The only thing that struck me was the control chip was not attached to the unit itself and a few of the leads weren't connected. Anyways, hook them up the same as my other Mach II, plug it all in to do a dry test, and the unit goes into "Activated Mode" and the fans come on, but nothing else. The unit does not get cold. Am i missing something here? One green light in the back flashing (far right) and a orange one flashing next to it. Some help would be great.

Mine did that after the coolant leaked due to an overbent tube. You'd better hope it's not that.

Ok, finnaly got it to work.....pheeeew

I was just making sure everything was plugged in because that control chip was all out of whack and sure enough it came to life. That was scary for a few minutes.
