MACH 2 GT not recognised anymore

Guys,

Golem made me aware that the current firmware I was using is corrupt (keeps coming up boot loading waiting).

But since that happened the GT is no longer recognised by my USB port.

Any ideas how to update? Or is it a disappointing RMA time?

If Anyone living in the Redditch/Worcestershire/Birmingham area that knows how to solve this let me know.

have u tried disconnecting the usb then connecting when the pc is running

That's what I would say too. Also make sure you have uninstalled any existing drivers and try different usb headers. Good luck.

mine used to do it due to firmware corruption ,i doubt its the controller board

I could not hot swap USB as the cards are in the way.

Have finally resolved the problem.

Seems it all went the way of the pear.

Reflashed BIOS on DFI SLI DR Mobo to get USB headers back online, which allowed MACH2 GT to be recognised which allowed firmware update.

Looks like the panic is over, not quite sure what happened but thankfully it's over now and the system is back to normal.
