MacBook Pro Cooling Issues

I have been experiencing cooling issues with my Mac Book Pro. It is a touch over 2 years old and is starting to run warm like every other laptop I have owned and since replaced. I was wondering if there are any options that I have not covered. I have been running a laptop cooler underneath that has 3 fans I will admit its not the greatest thing but it does help with a couple deg C of heat. I have also made sure that it is not dirty on the inside. I do run windows on it and I am sure it is not a driver issue.
My CPU Cores have all reached 104 deg C which to me is wayyy warm. GPU core has seen 99 deg C. CPU diode is my hottest place at 105.1 deg C. I get these temps doing normal work related things such as (Youtube, recorded lecture from professor), SQL Server management studio (databases are local), Visio, Visual Studio, and usually Evernote. I am running a Solid State Drive.

Any suggestions to help cool the computer down?

PS I am building a desktop shortly (1-2 weeks) and am leaning toward a Xeon Processor in a MSI MPower board with a desktop graphics card. I just need to get this puppy to hold out until then.

I take it that you've taken the bottom pannel off and given the fans a going over with some compressed air or similar?
Past that, it may be worth looking up how to replace the thermal paste.

Yeah, have done that. I am a little worried about the thermal paste. I did that on the previous laptop and it seemed to help for a short period of time before it went down hill again. I have tore a few MacBook Pros apart. They are not really that difficult just about like any other laptop. Tedious :P

NH-D14 is one of the best thermal pastes out there, and not conductive. I'd give that a go.
Failing that, it may be the heatsinks that aren't making proper contact.

I've had about 7-10 MacBooks and they have all ran quite hot.

In windows you might see higher temps as the cpu might not be throttling back so the fans might not altering property. (I had that issue running linux before lion came out)

Why are you running windows on it anyway?
