I think you're going to have clearance issues because your memory is 44mm tall, but I hope I'm wrong.

Not a problem. If I have RAM issues I will just exchange it for the Dark Rock Pro 3 or use NBD's idea (although the DRP3 might be better option). We will see

If it's too big, I'll go with the be quiet! will fit nicely I hope

Yea I got it and its a bit too big for the RAM. I am going to return it. Anyways I have plans on changing the RAM to 2133 as I will see a performance boost from that.

dont return it then? Just get LPX ram?

Yeah I'm in agreement with NBD here. If you like the cooler and you're changing your memory anyway then it's probably worthwhile keeping the R1, unless you really have your heart set on the Dark Rock Pro

I don't plan on upgrading until I find a deal on ebay or something. That means it might have to be a higher profile ram because I just don't have enough to buy it straight from a retailer. Also I heard the DRP3 is quiter anyways

You mean set a custom fan curve in the bios? If so my motherboard does not support that feature. It does have some sort of hardware monitor though

I have returned the ultimate c1 until I get the ram but I was thinking is it even worth me changing the h60 for the c1 or dark rock pro 3?
