Lost everything

Hey guys my hdd folded the other day and I lost everything including the email with my user number and all so I asked for my number to be resent just reinstalled the client, and put everything back in and it says I have no points or anything is this normal and do I now have to re-earn all my points again? Also is there a way to back up all the stats and stuff so if it happens again I don't loose them? CHEERS!

As long as you use the same username and team number the points will be added to your existing account.

Thanks guys i was worried as when i went into the stats in the tracker it said none so it will just start from where it left off huh whewww!

Yeh dude, nothing to worry about. If they lost your data, most likely they would have also lost our data as well.

Yeah if you delete the client it loses the records of what you have done but all your points and stats are kept on record at Stanford so you never lose what you have done.

Is this your passcode or ECO ID?

If you use GPU tracker, or you could just have it handy, to get your ECO ID go to the configure section and then the Tracker Settings tab. Fill in the team number and username and then click "get ECO ID" and it will get it for you.

If it's the passcode, as long as you use the email you used before, you will be sent the same one and you will start getting bonus points strait away.

it is the passcode and i have written it down so everything is sweet now i will do some wu's later on tonight after a few rounds of bf3
