Logitech Z-5500 Optical

Hey guys i have question about optical on the Z-5500

can i just buy a optical cable and plug it in the control pod of the Z-5500 and then in the Optical output of my sound card or do i need to use a 3.5mm adapter and then plug the optical cable in my sound card

If your sound card has optical then yeah just get a normal optical cable dude.

I dont use optical on mine as it locks you too surround sound and I prefer the stereoX2 mode.

i was playing loud today like 100% bass and 50% speakers volume my mom told me to turn it lower she was outside and heared my window ratteling lmao i just like it when my window rattles

I have my base on 3 notches mate, thats all you need with out industrial ear defenders

haha got mine on 3 notches now sounds good but the bass is still loud lol
