Logitech G700 Customisation/Software/Driver

I currently have a G500 and a G930. Im forced to use the 'disc included' driver for both the mouse and the headset because I need to use SetPoint for the mouse to configure the buttons and profiles and stuff and you cannot do this with the latest Logitech drivers as setpoint and latest driver does not like running simultaneously.

So I was wondering does anybody out there know if this issue applies to the G700 too? Because I was thinking of upgrading my mouse as the G500 hurts my pinky finger after long hours of gaming.

Thanks

G500 hurts you pinky??? HOW?:)
What mouse pad are you using? I'm using claw grip on my lachesis and I'm dragging my pinky over the mouse pad, but it never feels uncomfortable and hurts, BTW I'm using soft mouse pad. G700 does not have dedicated spot for pinky anyway so you will run into the same problem.
The mouses that have support for pinky are: Rat 7, Rat 9, Mionix Naos 8200, QPAD 5K, Func MS-3.

My mouse pad is a cheapo from Tesco, don't think that makes the difference though.
But for some reason I think its cause im gripping the mouse with my thumb and pinky as I use claw grip too.
But the main factor I THINK is the shape of the mouse, meant for palm kind of grip where as the G700 has like a higher profile meant more for a claw gripper.

Anyway, any idea on the driver for G700 if I still need to use SetPoint to configure it and if still conflicts with the latest Logitech gaming driver?

I'm pretty sure setpoint is no longer used by logitech. I would uninstall it and just use the latest software

I run a G930 and G700 myself along with a G15v2 keyboard, and highly recommend switching over to the newer Logitech Gaming Software, or LGS. I have full control of all functions and buttons from all three of the above devices all through the one piece of software. I believe that the G500 now has full functionality in the latest version of LGS. I can also confirm that the G700 has no support for pinky finger, but I would suspect that your cheapo mouse mat has more to do with it. I run a XFX Warpad (and a QPAD for marathon LAN festivals - easier to transport) and have never had such issues.

I install new software after this topic I didn't know about that.
Setpoint not work any more. Now is same software like for G510.
I mean same icon like before use for keyboard now is and for mice.
You have option inside to change mice>keyboard.
I'm satisfied and with new software and with G700. Long time I was wait mouse like G700 from Logitech, I have mine about one year and can't think about something other.
Software before was very ugly now is excellent and one is enough because that is one complete.
I don't know why they wait one year to make like this. I used 3 different for keyboard and mice from same complete and now is one and much nicer.
