Firstly, 1.425 seems a bit high for your Vcore, try dropping it down a tad and test for stability (time consuming - yes, but worth it) You can compensate by increasing the NB voltages. If you've got a wee 10mm fan for the NB then you will have more of a margin to play with.
Secondly, I'm not the best person to take advice from concerning RAM (was only last week I discovered you could get dual channel and triple channel DDR3 and I looked a bit of a t*t discovering this at the time)
Once you know the best settings your RAM can handle and assuming everything else is stable with the RAM at stock then you can start to mess around with timings etc. In the advanced settings part of yor bios, select 'manualy' set timings. CPUZ will tell you the timings, frequency and voltages of your RAM in the 'SPD' page. Start of by setting your RAM to stock timings and voltages. Go back to the main page in the bios and choose 'unlinked' then tell it your RAM speed. Test for stability. Again, get a second opinion for RAM, I'm relatively new to this as well.
As for temps, I want to see pics of your system's air flow. There's no point in upping votages if your case has the thermal cooling power of a toaster ! So get snappy !
