Legal file sharing

Hey all, im in need of a website that i can post a 14gb document to for my family to downoad in australia. i know they exist but i cant think for the life of me what it is called and not having much luck with Google. been awake for 34 hours now and brain not computing properly

Using torrents is legal so long as the files you're sharing aren't illegal.
I realise it's not exactly what you're looking for but it's probably what I would do in the same situation.
 
Family videos i wanna send of the kids few PDF's in there aswell of bills and changes to their UK accounts. parents are wanting videos of birthdays christenings etc etc. I wanted the videos to be private that was all not for any random to download
 
i can see sticking them on a DVD or mem stick is going to be less hassle lol save download times too as they not got the best net over there
 
Yeah there's no need to make the torrent file or magnet link public.
Make either one of those, send it to the people you want to receive these files and nobody else but them and anybody else who is given that file/link can download those files.
 
It would be far quicker to buy a 10 pack of DVD discs and burn to those and post them as uploading a 16GB+ torrent on your own will take an absolute age for the average connection. Alternatively you can go with the already mentioned flash drive, there are a load of 32GB ones for ~£10 delivered.

Just be sure to mark as gift / digital photos as we all know how quick some countries are to apply random taxes.
