Surely a bit beyond impressive!
TR4 in its current incarnation rendered obsolete unless you really need access to PCIe lanes.
Ryzen 2xxx looks to be obsolete unless you can grab an absolute bargain.
I can't see anything touching a Ryzen 3xxx with 12 cores and 24 threads capable of hitting 5Ghz for around €500, add in a couple of M.2 hitting 5GB/s each and the X570 platform is also sitting pretty despite needing active cooling which I'm sure will be resolved by a waterblock if you so inclined.
Ryzen 3xxx, 32GB of TridentZ, 2 x 1TB of those Gigabyte M.2 80s on PCIe4 and throw in a of Vega 7 for a bit of GPU compute and for under €2K, under 600W, that's a staggering amount of 'mainstream' compute!

Though I'm running OC at 4.8GHz all core and 3200MHZ CL14 memory - Ryzen tests were run with 2666Mhz memory, no idea what latency.
