Leaked Intel roadmap reveals Skylake-X CPUs 2017 release

In a leaked Intel roadmap the company has listed Skylake-X series CPUs for a Q2 2017 release, with Kaby Lake coming in Q4 2016 for desktops.

Kaby X and Skylake X at the same time is interesting. Could they be optimized for different tasks? One socket for servers or a newer small form factor and one for regular? Who knows.

I'm Keen for Kaby and a 7700K (I have a K fetish) End of this year early next will be a decent time to upgrade Ivy.

I was planning on replacing my trusty old SB-E with BW-E at the end of this year... maybe waiting another 6 month doesn't hurt that much. SB-E is still going strong.
