I still see 700 as a general rule with aibs but maybe i can get a nice sapphire nitro + for that or maybe higher if they did a toxic thats what ill be looking at once I've cleared a few things so maybe a month or so but tbh no rush for me in truth.
Thou i took a very quick look on amazon a 5070ti is going around 1100 lol so i expect them aibs will be lowering there prices cause anyone paying 500 extra for 20% dxr in cyberpunk well you need a check up get to the doctors mate.
They have won
hands down won if you really need the best of the best 5090 well fine pay the 3500 prices but the rest of you if you don't buy one of these new cards after stating you been waiting well your wait is over and your not going to get a better offer again that simple if you can get either at rrp well if you turn your nose up at that there simply isn't a graphics card you will ever buy of that standard.
They i feel the gap is too close and i can see aibs being 550 on the 9070 but on the xt i can see a gap either is good but for me i must go xtx for the clock speed and the bump over my 6800xt would be around 50% rasta and likelihood 60% dxr so not even i can turn that down when given the chance unless i saw a massive drop in other current cards cause a 7900xtx below 600 is gonna be tempting me especially if they drop to 500 and it's possible unless they sold off stock cause the 9070xt is stronger in dxr.
This was a welcome surprise by amd and sure aibs will go higher on some models but they will or should have models close to that msrp I'd be surprised otherwise as that would really damage things if they gouge and amd branded partners definitely wont do that.
Sapphire i absolutely swear by on amd side that or a devil edition ya don't get much better than them two brands they i feel have shipped tons cause im getting many emails when in the past I'd not even be told about it.
So amd we're be intrested in them early week numbers cause if they have done what they stated they wanted then nvidia will be reducing there prices on aibs very quickly and they definitely need too react as otherwise they going to lose marketshare and most likely will.
Nvidia made every mistake possible on 5000 series it's nice that amd were listening to much to really understand they had to be aggressive.
This will be one of the last generations you see this as next step is udna1 i expect full chiplet as that nano meter wall is very much hit.
