Labtec ARENA 685 5.1 game play problem

I have a labtec ARENA 685 5.1 surround sound but the rear don't work when playing Fifa 14. Do I need a special program? When I go to the Realtek Hd... the speakers function properly and when I listen through Windows Media player it function correctly.

Any suggestion are highly appreciated.

Is there an audio option in Fifa to set it to 5.1?
