5.1 surround sound problem

Since i got this 5.1 surround sound from labtec, all the latest games such as bf3 MoH warfighter, fifa 13, etc has sound problems. specs: win7, asus p5kpl-am, no sound card (other details below). Do i need special sound drivers or sound card need help?

Don't know how to describe it basically, the sound comes after the action, eg: I shoot a person and then the man is on the ground the the sound of the gun firing come
