Keep getting an anoying error message

As the title says i have been having a problem with gpu tracker recently, it keeps giving me this:

your rig is overclocked too much for folding (unstable).

drop it down a little and retry

Ok thanks will try down clocking it but its been fine since i started folding a few weeks ago

Have tried reseting my bios completely and it still pops up with that error message when gpu tracker starts

Try deleting Tracker completely and re-downloading it.

Thanks for the reply, i did as you said and deleted all the gpu tracker files i could find then downloaded a new copy of it.

And its still giving me that error

There is also a folder for GPU tracker in C:\users\"your username"\Appdata\Local

Make sure you delete that as well before installing it again I had a different prob from you but I had to reinstall and it only fix the prob when I deleted that folder before reinstalling.
