[Just a fact] Haf-x, XSPC RX360, 2 sets of fans

NOTICE:
This worked for me with my motherboard, with my Ram, it might not work for you. Dont take this as granted!

So that is it guys, I manage to fit a 60mm Rad with fans in the bottom making it possible to push pull on a HAF-X with this full size rad XD

Im super happy about it, because it looks way much better. It was mm tight (that was what she said) to the point where the Ram sticks are 1 mm away from the middle fan and the CPU 8pin cables are touching the 1st fan but not doing that much pressure.

Here is some picks xD

Note: First Watercooling loop.

Nice job fitting that in.

Thanks and its working perfectly =)

Now I just need to get the Corsair Commander to turn down the dam fans. 3 working are not quiet at all. I got the performance edition ones and Im using the fan reducers, but even so =S

Fan controller maybe?

i would just get voltage reducers, running at the lowest voltage possible,(i forget what they are actually called..) instead of getting a fan controller just because with those fans i would probably have them on low always. Personally i would have just have gotten the quiet edition with that size rad in push pull.

But still, nice job on fitting that. It does look very nice.

The corsair commander is a fan controller and I think you can control the fans depending on the cpu temp? that I have no clue. But if you can do that, I would definitely get the corsair commander. But its 80€ more a less, but will be able to control almost anything I throw at him in the future which is cool.

I bought the performance edition because I wanted the headroom. My idea was to get the performance edition and run them slow, very slow. But if I need some more speed, I will have it.

I don't see any point on push pull for some reasons.
1 Im running a single 6 core CPU of a RX360 rad LOOL,
2 the noise is already annoying,
3 the temp gain isn't worth it on my opinion. You get like 2 or 3 ºC with more noise. Because the problem isn't if 1 fan is loud, is all of them together that builds up the noise, so more fans would make it worst I think.

For now, after spending most of my money I will try to figure it out xD

Thanks for the tips.

I'm happy to help!

I see what you're saying, then with that in mind the fan controller would be the way to go because of ease of use. I don't know much about the commander either and if you don't want to spend that money on the controller I guess you could try and connect them to your motherboard and set them to increase speed when your cpu heats up. You would have to start them really low though, and fan controllers look cool in the front of your case xD. I would prefer using a bitfenix hydra pro or a similar controller, but do what you think is best.

XD Yeah some do, those touch, futuristic ones look cool, but I like more automated digital stuff xD

If you go take a look on Corsair commander videos, there is some cool features about it, like have RGB lighting with colors depending on CPU temps, that you can define what temps and color. Its pretty cool.

Ohh I see, the whole thing with Corsair link? This does look cool, kinda gets me thinking about what I could do with it.

Its kinda a central hub for corsair link. Allows you to connect everything to it and control it with corsair link software.

haha nice one!

Let me know what you end up doing Ralm!

Hi there,

Well the final result was this:
(Dont look at the dust lool, that is the result of a open case on the last 40days at least and I dont know how to clean the Pcb without damaging the cards)

I just need to buy White LED strips and finish with my case painting.

Probably it would look better if the tubbing wasnt crossing, but after a while I kinda like it.
I did it like this because I though that was better to have the CPU block getting feed from the rad, but I saw some people saying that CPU blocks work better with good presure. I dont know =S Its working fine tough, its mostly a couple degrees change for sure.

Seeing that im some days late i apologize. But that does look nice. Im still amazed at how mm perfect that rad fits in there. Have you finished everything yet?

As for the loop order, just go for what is the tidiest. In my opinion that few degrees isn't really worth losing the look i wanted.
