It's official - Concord is Dead

Concord took 8 years and $100 million to develop.
... and gone in less than 2 weeks from launch.

This must've been the biggest flop I've ever seen. Even comparing to movies, don't think I've even heard of a movie with a similar budget that didn't come close to this. Damn.

Idk we've had some pretty big flops. Anthem was a massive let down despite the fact I thought it was quite fun. EA for ya. Then there was Fallout 76. Etc.

Fallout 76 did eventually become a success. It still gets new content and seems to have a stable playerbase.

Yup I can vouch for this.

About 4 months ago my pal paid the $99 for a private server and we have been having tons of fun. It just got so hot neither of us have played in a couple of months, but come winter yeah......

Anthem broke my heart. I really enjoyed it. And the expansion teasers looked amazing, plus the concept of Anthem 2.0.

Agreed. It's been one of the few new(new at the time) games I actually desired to play. Lucky for me I was away from my computer so by the time I got back home, the fallout of EA was everywhere and I waited to purchase. Very sad. I felt like iron man flying around during the betas.

I very rarely buy any new games. Hardly any are worth it these days for reasons we've discussed.
