Is this a Motherboard problem? I really don't know (sorry if wrong forum to post in)

Hi, so 2 days ago I received 2 new GPUs and when I got the right drivers they seemed to be working great, but now today when I get home I press the power button on my pc and it turns on for a split second and then turns off again, I tried using each GPU seperately so I guess it has nothing to do with them, and my PSU is a Corsair HX1050 so it can definitely handle them. I tried shaking the case to hear if any loose bits of metal were inside that might have been shorting the motherboard, and even tried reseating the whole system and still the exact same problem, I'm getting pretty stressed out since I need it to do college work and stuff haha, please help :(

My spec:
i7 980 @4.3 Ghz
Corsair H80
ASUS Rampage III Extreme
12GB Kingston Hyper X Beast 1600MHz
x2 WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD (RAID 0)
x2 MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 lightning
Corsair HX1050 PSU

What are the indicator LEDs on the board telling you? see which one flashes before it turns off, it might give you an idea of whats going wrong.

If not that, then check that everythings seated okay, it might be you knocked your RAM loose when you were installing the cards.

and remember...

I'm sorry, I've just discovered photoshop xD

you sure you have the CPU power connected?

1.Unplug everything apart from cpu*and cpu power..motheboard power..)
see how it reacts when u try to start it.

2. Remove the cpu and cpu power and start the board, see how it reacts.

3.Find the cmos Jumpuer, reset Cmos.(P.s disconnect PSU power cord)

not sure how bios switch works on your board, but with the system off* power cord still in Powersupply. try pressing Bios Switch Button.

Do you still have your old GPU? If so, drop that in there since you know it worked. If it fires up with no problem then its a problem with your new GPU's. I know that sounds unlikely but your rig worked fine before you stuck the new GTX680's in there.

Could be a bad stick of RAM as well. You could always try booting with just 1 stick at a time and see if that helps any.
