Is my game freezing up because my cpu is just over it's limit?

I don't believe it was overheating, and my memory tests out. It's running at 3003mHz and stock is 2200mHz. I'm giving all the voltage I can which is 1.575-1.6 on CPUZ. Any suggestions or clever ideas? I want to race @ 3 g's.

If you have pushed the CPU too far (overclocking) it can cause it to become unstable. Do some stress tests to make sure it is running okay.

I recommend Orthos.

whats the CPU, and what volys are you running on CPU. CPU-PLL, NCH/nb, ICH/sb, Dram/ram vollts.

Please state straps and freq. for all settings.

Ohh yeah..I should have mentioned some of that stuff. I got it figured out...I ran prime on it and it failed so I turned it down to 2915, and it failed but took longer. I turned it down to 2860 and 1.5v and it's good. Didn't even break 50c during testing.
