You only need to get a boot. Temps shouldnt be a problem - getting it stable should.

Dont stress test at all - get in, get valid, get out

Just make sure you boot in ASAP. Get rid of any passwords, and set your PC to log into your account as soon as it's finished with the splash screen. Disable any other programs that open on boot, and leave CPU-Z on your taskbar. Set CPU-Z to send you an email containing your validation link also, as Chrome tends to get unstable at the edge of your chip's stability.
I couldn't even load HWMonitor when I did my run, as it just wasn't stable enough.

I know I just like to know what voltage makes each clock works, temps are not that bad anymore the really height temps was when I was trying to IBT each clock cuz that seem to be what everyone was asking for, @ 5.1 the temp where in high 40s and low 50s

I personally told myself that 1.4v was the cut off point, which is why I was glad that my 5GHz run finally made it. I daresay you could push it more though, as it's only for a minute or so.

1.5v should be fine. 1.52v should be alright too. Intel say up to 1.52v - and so I highly doubt it will kill the chip (especially under water).
It also wont cause degradation if only for a minute or so

My little MSI overclocking guide that came with my GD65 classifies 1.25V-1.45V as "Fun". Anything past that is either Danger or Not Recommended. Just got my 3570K to the highest clock I've ever done, but it still doesn't say 5GHz

Well i recon i have hit my cut off point now, recon i could hit 5.3 at 1.52v just don't really fancy going there as is a new chip and my main rig for a few year so cant offered any mishaps

Not to say i am not happy with what i pushed out of it the results seem to be epic

what is the record for a 3570K on water or air buy the way? i know i am most likely not even close just thought i would find out
