Screenshot says you're running at 4.3GHZ, not 4.5. So that'll do it.

Edit: Guess you have offset on though. Not to be too picky, but I need a screenshot of CPU-Z reading 4.5GHz, not 4.3.

1 run of 10. 10 runs would take forever.

And well, either i'm being blissfully naive/ignorant, or you've got one hell of a chip there. You even have EIST enabled :(

Edit: missed that 4.3GHz. Hmmm.
And as an edit of my edit: Either you're running your loop on boiled water, or you're not on water. Those temps at that voltage are insane.

If i Switch off the Speed step then it should show the full clock right? even after the IBT has finished?

Can you take the screenshot during the test, say after a couple of minutes. CPU-Z will go down to 1.6ghz when it isnt under load which may skew results.
Also - if you're running on offset mode the voltage also cranks down?
Do another during the test

Re running test with speed step off, not sure if my MSI z77a gd55 has off set mode, found a offset vdroop setting which I think is LLC but is not very clear and manual does not explain as its the new BIOS update v1.5 so left it on auto hope that does not screw anything up

Hi all, Just finished another burn, After turning off speed step it failed on my first test IBT step 7 so i upped the V core a little for this one, this time is was able to run full test :)

saw one thing as IBT was changing between its steps my temps would fall to the mid 50C across the board, could there be a bug of some kind with readings? as there really high temp when test and not near end of each step, but my Loop feel quite cool in fairness?

Well, if my eyes are not deceiving me, it would seem as though you've hit the chip jackpot :)
What I will say, however, is that something's definitely wrong if the CPU is getting that hot with such few volts and a water loop. I'd make sure everything was ok with your loop, if I were you. Reseat the block, reapply thermal paste, etc.

I guessed i am very luck :) not that i am complaining, Nice to have some luck with PC parts, Checked over the Loop when i installed the new Block today 01/09/2012, still a little bit of air in it, but not a huge amount, as for the TIM that will be a pain as i am using Indigo Extreme and that stuff is an ass to redo took me about 1.5 hours today

Order some Noctua NT-H1; one of the best thermal solutions you can buy.
Try and work with the stuff when it's still warm and pliable, so not after the PC's been off for half an hour or something.
A little bit of air shouldn't be enough to push the temps that high.

Yeah temps do look better now dude :). Re-seating the block may improve it further. It may be a hassle, but you could potentially reduce the temps further.

The chip seems to be loving the new Temps so much more, it let me drop the VCore a little more, I will see how far it takes me and post the results :)

Just had my last push on this little gem of a chip, was able to get 5.0 @1.328
I ran an IBT for 15mins with no fail, I myself bottled it and cut the test sort, as the temp where far to high and i go very worried :o, Temps where up in the 90s and that the temp my ETI starts to Re-Flow and sadly my mother board tray is not flat.

I am very happy with my 4.5 @1.104v with good Temps, also means i have some wiggle room if i fancy a higher 24/7 overclock at a later date. :)

Cheers for all your help guys

5GHz at 1.33v - absolutely astounding. Strange, however, that your temps are that high. I know the clock was insane, but with a dedicated waterloop at such low volts, they should not have been in the 90s.
You have a gem of a chip - hold tight to it!
