Hey there guys!
I am at the stage that i try to OC my asus gtx 780 dcu II oc to its limits with out touching the voltage.
So far i was using msi after burner and managed to get a 1075 base clock vantage stable overclock.
Today i used EVGA precision x and managed to get 1100 base clock / 1241 boost clock 100% stable overclock + 100 mhz oc on the memory.
How can that be?

A wide variety of factors could be the cause.

1) The program is different, so it may over clock your card differently.

2) Have you run any updates during the course of the change of program? Display updates ect? As different drivers and updates can affect hardware differently.

Try and stick with one over clocking program. My choice would be MSI afterburner.

Don't expect all games to be stable just after a benchmark over clock, as a game can run higher than the bench mark (Games like Battlefield 4 and Crysis, to name two). You may need to have multiple over clocking profiles on MSI afterburner if this is the case.

So yes, it is possible.

Regards
