SuB The Webmaster Jan 25, 2013 #4 yup normal, it's effectively accounting for the wall thickness of the tube. Very hand tight should be fine I wouldn't over-tighten otherwise it may damage the tube.

NRG! New member Jan 25, 2013 #5 That's normal. You'll find if you over-tighten those EK fittings they will seize and you will need tools to get them apart.
