Well AUD vs UK as the link vs current prices
8700k at 560 AUD vs 324£ = 57%
8700 466 AUD vs 280£ = 60%
8600k 395 AUD vs 233£ = 59%
8400 270 AUD vs 154£ = 57%
That would put the 8500 and 8600 at aprox = 170£ and 190£

Edit. The 8305K (quad core only) is the same price Intel released the Sandy 2500K at. lmfao, price drops my eye ! they are still charging stupid money.
8350k die size - 126 mm²
2500k die size - 216mm2
So the die is nearly twice as small and they've put it on a thinner substrate. Yet they are charging the same cash for it. They've clearly not learned anything at all. The success rate for CL must be astronomical too, given how much smaller it is. No wonder Intel are selling CPUs that are only guaranteed to run at 2.8ghz base. I bet in the past they would have all gone in the trash !
