What is it you guys need sooo much power in one box for?

I mean, would it not make sense to have several boxes using 'back for the buck' components do the heavy lifting in parallel ?

while in theory you could do that, getting two CPUs to work together is difficult and is only available on server products.

A lot of us do like haveing the extra CPU or GPU grunt for work purposes, whether we 3d model stuff, render videos etc.

Its almost always better to have a single more powerful one than 2 weaker ones combined.
