Nope, you'll need to either get an all black board, or a black & white one and paint it (although you can also paint red boards, for instance cause that's what everyone seems to be doing right now anyway).
Look for a board that has separate plates on the heatsinks that are screwed or glued on. You should be able to take them off and paint them quite easily.
I had the same problem. In the end I landed on the Gigabyte X99 G1 wifi and I’m going to water cool it with EK x99 block. Then disable the lights and then it’s just black and grey with the few touches of color (mostly the audio section) actually being green. But the few red details there are on the heatsinks shouldn’t be too difficult to paint with some tape, a brush and a steady hand.
All depends who you are buying it from. There are plenty of people out there who baby their equipment and others who are just downright clumsy and abusive.
