Intel will hopefully be releasing the Core 2 Duo E8600 with stock speed of 3.33ghz later this month, and early reports from Taiwanese site Coolaler.com show it can reach 5ghz on air!

True. 1.45v is the max for 45nm so it would be nice to see some stable OC using 24/7 voltage. 5ghz is impressive though, I imagine 4.5ghz is do-able on 1.45v.
