Some more exciting news for you tech junkies out there, Myself included of course.

Intel is said to be unveiling 10nm wafers at the next IDF *Intel Developer Forum* in September along with it's next release of 14nm.

According to Digitimes which are a well known IT news company in Taiwan who mainly report on semiconductors, Electronics and general computer indsustry news, Intel will release its 14nm Core M-series *Mobile* processors in the fourth quarter of this year and the much anticipated Broadwell CPUs on the 14nm manufacturing process in January 2015.

The 14nm CPU will be produced at Intels Arizona "Fab 42" in the USA which was originally cancelled in January this year but thankfully put back on track.

I read this earlier this morning too.. blew me away that they sort of already bypassed 14nm and are already working on 10nm for 2016. Which means 14nm is really only relevant for about a year, which compared to the 16nm nodes being produced by Samsung and TSMC are already out of date. Looks like intel still has a tech lead in the industry.

Also forgot to point out that the m-line is aimed at fanless, detachables, and 2-in-1 designs. So really more mobile products.

Mmmmh...

This urgency for 10nm sounds like 14nm won't be a good node

Or perhaps they're just trying to avoid the same problems which occurred with 14nm
