Intel Showcase Their Larrabee GPU

Tbh, I wouldn't personally care if this Intel range was on par with nVidia's previous gen, even if AMD's cards are beating the previous gen.
What matters to me is that their range comes out and is a practical solid platform that does merely 'good' fps and quality that can make it atleast a viable choice.
Thing being, this should be considered their 1st offering as a 'challenge' to the other 2. They're by no means new people to gpus and indeed they interact with their own chipsets better than the others ever could.
The incarnation after this should be the one scrutinzed.
I fancy them being more about a solid viable platform, viable in all ranges of the spectrum, more than a world beater tho.
