I used to read news about upcoming Intel CPU's with excitement, now I don't even read the articles. It's just noise to me.

True that, but Intel as a company has made plenty of people tired of them and how they treat their customers. I for one, am not particularly interested in this, due to it. I am more interested in what AMD holds for the future.

Not that I understand your comment completely, but again though, not everyone is that anal about it. That they need every little last drop out of their components.
