Total crock afaic.
Re-educating programing groups for doing this sorta thing for the future, when in all honesty they should be up to speed and doing it already.
Too much recycling of code, too many "taught" programmers, not enough keeping up with `modern` tech. (modern tech as in... well how long have HT and cores been about ?)
I know it`s going to come over than the cpu manufacturers are dictating to these software people how things should be done, but I don`t go along with that. It`ll cost em money, so ur software will cost u more - bah, paying for their shortfalls.

well, it would make my life a hell of a lot easier than having a bogged down pc and finding i've got one core maxed out and the other virtually idle
