Considering how well Ryzen is doing, I think this would be a bad move for AMD. The new Ryzen mobile APUs have a good potential to capture some market share that AMD doesn't really cater for. Doing this would split that in half.

I don't agree. If AMD get money for every Intel mobile CPU made they will be coining it in.
