Not 100% since it's really JPEG'd, but that looks like 1.536V. Suffice to say, not a daily OC.

Well my £380 Xeon still bests it in CB by nearly 400 points a year in, so a good buy.

you maybe right , stable enough too do a run at CB but would not like too run it like that

I3 8350k

Looks like i will keep my i3 8350k for some time then as mine happily runs @5ghz with a mere 1.375 volts lucky i am not sure but two extra cores isnt worth the extra money imo.
