Hey, looking around, intel dual cores start out a lot cheaper (Intel Pentium 4 820 Dual Core 2.8GHz £182) compared to the starting of amd's dual core (AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ £235) so why are intels so much cheaper?

is it worth saving up the extra and getting an amd dual core for my new pc?over an intel dual core?

What Dav0s said... The DC P4's are a complete joke, intel just superglued a second core on the wafer and called it better... WRONG. lol

lol the amd's are just better although the cheap x2's are kinda poor but id imagine the cheap intel dual cores are poor to as they cost less than a decent single core cpu
