Intel Barebones in december?

This is very interesting.
Don't think Wyse/Dell are going to be very happy as they had more or less got this corner of the market sewn up with the D/Z class thin clients (the ones that you could use as a pc rather than thin client).
I can see some interesting applications in my field as we are constantly being plagued with footprint/power requirements against performance issues.

Would like to see how this stacks up against the latest AMD APU enabled thin clients.

I'd venture to say these would serve more as a processing focused utility, such as something for a restraunt or hotel. The APU small form factors would serve more as a graphically capable utility piece, for things like a classroom or a home theater use.
