If these chips end up in £500 laptops then thats a nice thing cause i got my 12th gen one for £350 for what it is an how i use it it's decent but add in battlemage xe well at £500 it would be a very solid offering.
Intel i think realise they desperately needed to hold the laptop market sadly i think halo will tske a chunk from them.
But positive news for intel that and statement towards remaining in the gpu market cause atm until smd go full chiplet Intel have a real chance to catch up and honestly they are an option for me at some point in time.
The key thing they need to get right is the way in which there architecture works sure early stages you expect issues but but there 4th product gen on gpu they shouldn't have the driver issues they do might sound harsh but intel do have a very large and capable software team hence how they have got as far as they have in the time frame vs nvidia and amds history.
But there should it surprise anyone when they have had ex nvidia and amd people in those teams right ️
