Yeah, I'm so having the same thoughts as you guys...

Just because you don't see sense and reason, doesn't mean they aren't relevant and they do have a real place in the market.. it's not just about i5s & i7s. Dual cores make up a large portion of Intels profits, PCWorld, Dell, PCSpecialist, Overclockers, ect ect ect all sell machines sporting dual cores.

The issue that you missed is they are dual core. It's 2017. We've had dual cores forever. We need to move on and start increasing core counts. Ever use a dual core mobile machine? Slow as **** even with a SSD
